This large detached mock-Tudor property in Glossop needed a driveway to match the setting — a sweeping frontage flanked by a mature conifer hedge and box-ball planting. We laid a smooth, seamless resin-bound surface in a warm golden blend, running the full length of the drive from the road up to the garage and around to the front door, and framed it with a crisp charcoal block-paved border and a block apron at the road edge.
A resin-bound driveway is only as good as the base beneath it. The whole area was prepared and a fresh stone sub-base laid and compacted before a single drop of resin was mixed — then the warm golden surface was hand-trowelled over the top.
